With this collage, Isabel poetically portrays hybrid species she encounters in one of her time travelling practices - when breaking the limits of the biological-self.

By conducting sexual bioelectricity through her anatomy’s connective tissues into her pineal gland, her brain opens liminal territories that she explores in a future that stands in the past. Here, the forms of a 3-dimensional reality, including the frontiers of human/animal/plant are altered. Here, reality seemingly becomes a quantum mystery: “Being one, yet another at the same time in a non-present unit”. This fascinating hypothesis, that escapes our perception of temporality, might be close to clarifying existence.

Becoming Lili is an ongoing life soap opera archive with several episodes. To become Lili is an experience, a two hour participatory one-on-one performance in a closed hotel room. The participants are invited to spend time in an installed room where a conceptually selected wardrobe is offered as the material for experimentation. The third edition Room 03 – the CULT-BODY took place in April 2014 in Hotel Le Berger with the.
