TOURS 2025

OPEN TO EVERY-BODY 12+

   

 

We kindly invite you to explore The Spine practice during its research process over this summer 2025, and give feedback to the world that The Spine envisions.

 

We can organize different visits for individuals or groups.

 

​Afternoon visits 15:00 to 19:00 > The afternoon visit allows you to discover the backbone stations of the Spine

​

Full day visits from 10:30 to 19:00 > The full day visit allows you to immerse deeper in the different backbone stations of The Spine

PARTICIPATION INFORMATION

 

 

 

THE PRACTICE

The body practices include soft movements or breathing exercises, while laying down or sitting, with or without the eyes covered. These practices do not involve touch, nor the ingestion of recreational substances or psychedelic plants.

 

WHAT TO BRING?
Comfortable clothes that can get dirty, a bathing suit and one / two towels. The space is prepared in case of rain, but please bring an umbrella.

 

FOOD

Vegan Snacks, fruits and non alcoholic drinks will be offered.

SPECIFIC FOOD INFORMATION 

>Afternoon visit

Please have lunch before pick up.

>Full day visit

Please bring food to share for lunch.

 

LANGUAGE

English (with the help of visitors, translation to Dutch and French is possible).

TRANSPORT

The Spine is located in Isabel's kin family garden in the countryside (Ramillies), with no train or easy bus connection. Car transport can be provided. The pick up and drop off are at Esso gas station metro Hermann Debroux Brussels. The ride from the Esso to The Spine is about 40 mins.

>Afternoon visit > pick up 14:00 drop off 20:00 

>Full day visit > pick up 9:30 drop off 20:00

FREE CONTRIBUTION

You are very welcome to contribute with 5 Euros to support the transport cost.
